What is the diffrence between wool covers with and without SIO snaps?
SIO covers have 2 additional snaps placed inside of the cover to snap in the SIO inserts. The cover is sold separately, without inserts. For One Size Plus cover we recommend to choose SIO inserts "size L" and use them together with "size S", which will boost the absorbency. This is especially important for bigger babies, using this size of the cover.
The wool cover is sewn from 100% fine merino wool - the finest sheep's wool that is ideal for baby products. Wool cover is an outer part of a cloth diaper which is supposed to keep the moisture of absorbent insert inside the diaper.
When it's time to change the baby's nappy - we change the absorbent insert inside the diaper (or the fitted diaper), and we hang the wool cover for airing. It will be ready to use at the next diaper change.
Well- thought cut allows proper airflow in the diaper, and ensures that our wool cover will fit on any absorbent insert.
The way of placing snaps lets you to adjust the size of cover to kids in diffrent ages. This way you can use this cover untill your child won’t need a nappy at all. You don’t need to worry that your child will grow out of it soon- we tested one size plus covers even on 18kg children!
Colorful snaps and decorative stitching make this diaper a conversation piece. The leg elastics are soft yet very stretchy, which allows for a trim fit on virtually every child. Once lanolised, these covers hold moisture very effectively. Wool is an extremely versatile fabric for cloth diapering- it is breathable, temperature regulating (perfect for both cold and hot days), soft, and naturally antibacterial. Lanolin breaks down urine into salts and water, so it does not need to be washed as often as PUL diapers. Simply hang to dry between uses. However, a special washing and re-lanolising procedure is necessary on wash day.
These covers may be used with any insert or prefold diapers. They are designed to use with PUPPI fitted diapers or a similar trim low rise diapers as well as with any insert of your choice.
Most babies need no more than 4 or 5 diaper covers.

Not all of babies during their nappy adventure will need One Size Plus diapers. It all depends on child's weight and their body shape. For most of kids, One Size covers will be big enough until they stop using diaper at all.
One Size Plus diapers can be used when baby’s weight is around 10kg, however for child of this weight we definitely recommend smaller wool covers in One Size. Our biggest size- OS+ fits best since child reaches 12kg of weight.
OS+ covers are also best solution, if you want to use our OS fitted diapers. Our PUPPI wool covers in One Size will not cover OS fitted diaper completely. So if your baby is at least 8kg and you want to use the system fitted diaper + wool cover, we recommend to choose OS fitted diaper and OS+ wool cover.
We recommend these covers to use together with:

If you want to boost the absorbency, you can add hemp/bamboo minibooster or Hemp/Bamboo doubler.
We recommend SIO covers to use together with Cuddly&Snuggly SIO L insert or Bio- terry SIO size L insert snapped together with insert in S size. In S size we offer two options of inserts: Cuddly&Snuggly SIO S insert or Bio-terry SIO size S insert.
SIO wool covers you can also use with inserts without SIO snaps.
Good to know: for babies with plump bellies we recommend wool covers with velcro type of closure, as they suit better on this figure type. Covers closed with velcro are also faster to fasten, when your baby is little runner.
