We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 100 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges), as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

Please note: Failure to mark the parcel as “returned goods” may cause it to be held up at customs and possibly lead to a delay in your refund being processed.
