Puppi is a Polish brand of modern reusable diapers. Our story begins in 2013, when our first diapers were created. What's interesting, the first product weren't covers at all, but absorbent inserts, which Ewa - the brand founder created thinking about her twins. At that time there was a very small selection of diapers on the market and we can definitely say that Puppi played a huge role in developing this niche. When we found that Puppi inserts not only worked well for twins, but other parents loved them too, it gave us the wind and courage to launch another product that soon became our trademark - wool covers.
At the core of our brand has always been a close relationship with nature, because natural, biodegradable products guaranteed the safety and health of children and the environment. There was no question of microfiber, evolon, microfleece or other synthetics, which are used to make a large part of the inserts available on the market. Although they are cheaper than natural ones, and sometimes have certain advantages such as greater softness, we have already ruled out the possibility of using them in our products, because we did not want to use any synthetic materials, which during washing will release microplastics, and in the end will end up somewhere in a landfill, where they will decompose for hundreds of years.
We were also cautious about PUL diapers. We opted for natural fabrics such as wool, bamboo viscose, and organic cotton and hemp. We now use only biodegradable, certified rubber bands made from organic cotton and natural rubber to sew our fitteds and covers. We are the only company offering this.
Before we decided to create PUPPI, many diapers available on the market did not meet our expectations also due to insufficient absorbency and lack of attachment to aesthetic sewing, which was also very important for us. We also wanted to move away from the ubiquitous cartoon patterns in baby products and create a more elegant version of diapers that would satisfy the eye of any aesthete. Unable to find a suitable product, we decided to create our own. That is how PUPPI ecological reusable diapers were created. Designed and sewn with attention to the smallest detail.
Each fabric is carefully selected by us, and the finished products are constantly tested on the children in the growing Puppi family. Our team today already consists of several cloth diapering moms. This helps us to constantly refine the cut and introduce new products, always testing them in practice before they go on sale. We also listen to your opinions, which are extremely valuable to us.
